About these terms

These terms apply to orders from our Singapore shop at sg.heydayhealthclub.com, run by The Sunny Day Co., Ltd. (Heyday). By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Delivery is shown at checkout. We take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock we’ll tell you and refund you for it in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them affects your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act.
