Who we are

The Singapore shop is run by The Sunny Day Co., Ltd. (Heyday). You can reach our Data Protection Officer at hey@heydayhealthclub.com.

What we collect and why

When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and what you bought, to take payment, deliver your order and look after you afterwards. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. With your consent, we also use your email address to send you news and offers – you can withdraw that consent at any time with the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), QFS (our warehouse in Singapore, which packs and sends your order), the courier, our email provider and our hosting provider. Some of them handle data outside Singapore; where they do, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it – email us and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
