Shipping policy

Where we deliver

Our Singapore shop (sg.heydayhealthclub.com) delivers to addresses in Singapore only. Orders are packed at our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in Singapore (QFS).

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is S$11, or free on orders over S$75. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Singapore dollars.

When your order arrives

We usually pack orders within 1–2 working days of payment, and most arrive 2–4 working days after you order. Public holidays can add a day or two. You’ll get an email with the tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email hey@heydayhealthclub.com with your order number and we’ll put it right.
